"Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end."

I am glad you're here.
The first thing I want you to know about me is that I am deeply passionate about the work that I do every day. It’s a privilege to support couples as they navigate the most important seasons of their relationship.
I specialize in working with couples facing challenges such as infidelity, major transitions, communication breakdowns, and stay‑or‑go decisions. My approach is warm, direct, and structured.
My role is to guide you through that process with steadiness and practical tools you can use right away. If you and your partner are ready to put in the work, I’m here to support you. I look forward to working with you.
Professional Credentials and Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in California (#CA79748), Minnesota (#33199), and North Carolina (#C015659). I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and I hold a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have over 7 years of experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, which deepens my ability to support couples through high-stress transitions and emotionally charged moments.
Couples I Work Best With
I enjoy working with couples who are ready for change and willing to sit in some discomfort because that’s often where the most meaningful shifts happen. I’m focused on helping you create real movement rather than spending months in therapy without direction.
I believe therapy should be intentional and time‑limited. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and relationship dynamics, never a one‑size‑fits‑all model. You can expect a safe, affirming space where authenticity is welcomed and growth is possible.
